Used Morton model FKM1200-D stainless steel ploughshare mixer/dryer. Has approximate total capacity of 1,200 litre with a working capacity (product dependent) of 480 to 840 litre. Unit has serrated ploughshare blades driven by Brook Crompton electric motor through a SEW Eurodrive gearbox. Unit includes external stainless steel jacket rated 5.5 bar design pressure at 163 deg. C. Unit has provision for 4 choppers but only 1 chopper currently fitted. Unit has stainless steel Morecroft Engineers stainless steel top-mounted feed hopper and Mitchell Dryers stainless steel jacketed dust filter. Includes centre bottom entry discharge port with flap valve. All mounted on stainless steel frame.
