Lyle 150FH Thermoforming Line with 150P2 Trim Press, 53" Sheet Width

Description

Used Lyle thermoforming line consisting of a Model 150FH thermoformer and Model 150P2 trim press. Designed for sheet up to 53" wide with a maximum 50" x 50" mold area, 50.25" servo index, 125-ton forming capacity, and Lyle TPC-9400 computer controls.

The oven is equipped with quartz top heating elements positioned crosswise to sheet travel and Calrod bottom elements running in the sheet travel direction. Heating configuration includes eight top zones, three bottom zones, two front radiant heaters, and two side heaters. The oven accommodates four 50" shots for a total heated length of 200".

Computer-controlled oven system with solid-state relays. Forming station includes pneumatic side-pull toggles on the upper and lower platens, air-operated top balance cylinders, and hydraulic bottom balance cylinders.

Electric servo motor indexing system provides a maximum index length of 50.25" and is controlled by an Indramat servo drive. Right-hand material infeed with high-voltage and control panels located at the infeed end. Machine is controlled by a Lyle Model TPC-9400 computer.
