Description

Unused Eurodia Type EUR 40 industrial electrodialysis membrane stack with (9) stacks, manufactured in 2023. Unit features a modular plate-and-frame design with multiple membrane/electrode sections compressed between heavy-duty painted steel end plates. Equipped with numerous individually capped process inlet/outlet and service connections, external stack-compression assemblies, flexible connecting hoses, and lifting points.

The assembly is mounted on a heavy-duty welded stainless-steel mobile frame with swivel casters. Equipment weight is marked at approximately 1,386 kg.

Designed for the separation of dissolved ionic components from liquid process streams using ion-exchange membranes and an applied electric field. Depending on the installed membrane package and process configuration, the stack may be suitable for demineralization, desalting, purification, concentration, pH adjustment, or acid/base production.
