490 l Stainless steel powder sterilizer/dryer

Description

Used sterilizer/dryer for powders. Machine has horizontal, trapezoidally shaped, stainless steel tank with total volume 490 l. Internal dimensions: L 2000 mm x width 700 mm x depth 500 mm. Machine has single shaft with bolted paddles. Shaft is driven by reducer and el. motor 1.5 kW, 1395 rpm, 220-242/380-420 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation of shaft up to 64 rpm. Top stainless steel cover is equipped with feeding inlet with diameter 150 mm. Side wall has two connections for two electric hot air blowers by Leister, one with power 3.68 kW, second with power 3.1 kW. Machine is also equipped with horizontal pipe with nozzles for spraying steam. Bottom discharge outlet has diameter 150 mm. Machine is mounted on 6 stainless steel lugs and carbon steel supporting frame. Has local control panel. Machine is equipped with electric steam generator with power consumption 18 kW.
