40 L used vertical stainless steel reactor by CWH 16 bar/150 C

Description

Used stainless steel vertical reactor by CWH with volume 40 l. Designed for work on pressure up to 16 bar at 150 C. Reactor has heating jacket with volume 18 l, designed for work on pressure 6 bar and temperature 150 C. Bottom head elipsoidal, welded with central discharge outlet and manually operated valve. Top head elipsoidal, bolted. Reactor has top mounted three blades impeller agitator driven by varispeed gearbox and el motor 2,6 kW, 1000 rpm. Working rotation of agitator adjusted in range from 0-580 rpm. Reactor is equipped with stainless steel shell and tube heat exchanger by VEB Chemieanlagenbau Erfurt. Machine is mounted on stainless steel supporting frame with local control panel.
