Description

Used Vale Engineering Services approximately 12,000 litre working capacity (13,110 litre total capacity) 316L stainless steel vertical reactor / hydrogenation vessel. Unit measures approximately 1,750mm diameter x 5,000mm straight side (tan to tan). Unit has welded dished top and bottom heads. Internal rated 18 bar / full vacuum design pressure at -10 to 180 deg.c. External 304L stainless steel coil jacket rated 11 bar design pressure at -10 to 180 deg.c. Unit has top entry 316L stainless steel 4-tier, 6-blade agitator driven by 15kW, 1465rpm, 50hz electric motor with mechanical seal and reduction gearbox. Unit is mounted on (4) side support lugs.
