Used system for inline mixing powder with liquid. System consist of:
- conical stainless steel AISI 321 feeding hopper with total volume about 4000 l, and working volume about 3800 l. Tank has top side wall feeding inlet with dimensions L 700 mm x H 350 mm, equipped with stainless steel lid closed on clamps. Tank has on conical side wall mounted vibrating device.
Includes working platform with stairs.
- inline liquid-powder mixer. Powder inlet connection 3". Mixing chamber has internal diameter 180 mm. Rotor is driven directly by el. motor 6.8 kW, 1455 rpm, 400/690 V, 50 Hz, in Ex design (Ex-IIC Exe IIC T3G6). Mounted on mobile stainless steel frame.
- Stainless steel bag type dust filter by WAM in Ex design
- Connection stainless steel pipes and valves.
