Used PSV approximately 4,000 litre working capacity and approximately 6,300 litre total capacity (product dependent) vertical stainless steel reactor. Unit has welded dished top and bottom heads. Internal rated 6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 130 deg.c. External stainless steel coil jacket rated 9 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 185 deg.c. Unit has external stainless steel cladding. Has top entry stainless steel 2-tier, 4-blade pitched blade agitator driven by motor/gearbox. Unit has (4) stainless steel internal wall mounted baffles. Unit is currently sat on load cells mounted in a mild steel frame with access stairs and platform.
