Used stainless steel sigma blade double arm mixer by NAGEMA (Germany) type DMK 400. All contact parts are stainless steel. Working capacity 400 liter (105 gallon) and total capacity 550 liters. Internal dimensions of mixing chamber 885 mm wide x 1005 mm long x 660 mm deep. Mixer has a carbon steel heating/cooling jacket with a capacity of 38 liters, designed to work at a pressure up to 2.5 bar and a temperature up to 138 C deg. Mixer is driven by a electric motor with power 15 kW, 1455 rpm, 50 Hz through belts and gearbox. Tilt unloading is driven by a 1.1 kW motor and gearbox.
