PET Recycling Plant Washing, Sorting, Granulation 2,000 lb/hr

Description

Complete PET Processing Facility with polymer/color sorting, granulation, multi-aspiration, and integrated washing line. System is designed for processing both post-consumer and post-industrial PET scrap, including contaminated regrind.

Line includes WSM bale breaker, manual sorting stations, Kice multi-aspiration system, and Cumberland granulators (100 HP ≈ 75 kW and 75 HP ≈ 55 kW) with additional smaller granulators for flexible operation.

Sorting is handled by NRT SpydIR-R automated polymer/color sorter, followed by a Satake ScanMaster II double-pass color sorting system for final product quality.

Washing section consists of sink/float separation, warm water/chemical wash system, friction washer, and drying (Gala dryers, approx. 20 HP ≈ 15 kW each), with densification tables for packaging.

Additional equipment includes WSM disc screener, metal detection (ferrous and non-ferrous), blowers (10 HP ≈ 7.5 kW and 20 HP ≈ 15 kW), full conveying system, and spare equipment (bale breaker, screener, crossbelt magnet).

Washing line: 2,000 lbs/hr (≈900 kg/hr)
Granulation (post-industrial): 4,000 lbs/hr (≈1,800 kg/hr)
Granulation (post-consumer): 2,500 lbs/hr (≈1,130 kg/hr)
Color sorting / aspiration: up to 4,000 lbs/hr (≈1,800 kg/hr)

All equipment is installed and reported operational.

Real estate (approx. 60,000 sq. ft. / 5,575 m² facility) is not included but may be available separately.
