Used semi-automatic powder filling machine by Consumasz (PL) type PW-1. Packaging into the bags. Bags are placed manually and filled automatically. Gravimetric machine. Size of the dose: - on single weighing - in range from 5 to 20 kg. - on dual weighing - in range from 20 to 50 kg. Electric supply - 0.12 kW / 380 V. Compressed air consumption - 1.0 m3/h at max 6 bar pressure. Filler is equipped with powder buffer tank - total volume about 1100 l, with bottom mounted screw conveyer - diameter 130 mm x length 1100 mm, driven by el motor 3 kW. There are also included 2 units of dust collectors, integrated control panel and scale controls.
