Used Tycon model BE10000 approximately 10000 litre working capacity and 14305 litre total capacity vertical blue glass lined reactor. Has welded dished top and bottom heads. Internal rated approximately 2400mm diameter X 3180mm over dished ends. Internal rated full vacuum/6 bar design pressure at -25 to 200 deg.C. External coil jacket rated full vacuum/20 bar design pressure at -25 to 200 deg.C. Has top mounted agitator direct driven by 30 kW 400/690 volt 3/50 1475 rpm motor via SEW Eurodrive gearbox rated 14.01/1 reduction ratio at 20-122 rpm. Mounted on (3) stainless steel lugs. Unit requires a mechanical seal.
