Description

Used BCH stainless steel jacketed sigma mixer/extruder. Approximate working capacity 100 litre (product dependent) with a maximum total capacity of 250 litres. 304 stainless steel mixing chamber measures approximately 720 mm long x 780 mm wide x 700 mm deep. Internal rated 100 mbar (90% vacuum) design pressure at 150°C. External 304 stainless steel jacket rated 6.8 bar design pressure at 170°C. Has two 304 stainless steel sigma blades driven by two 4 kW motors with gearboxes. 304 stainless steel screw discharge driven by a 4 kW motor with gearbox. Unit features an air-operated hinged lid. Includes control panel.
