580 l stainless steel mixer for hi-density liquids with jacketed bowl by J.C. Pardo & Sons

Second hand stainless steel boiling mixer for hi-density liquids by J.C. Pardo & Sons Inc. (USA). Machine new 1988 and had been upgraded in 2003 by KAY Engineers (UK). Working volume up to 580 l. Mixing bowl has internal diameter 1065 mm x straight side of wall 440 mm. Depth of pan - 850 mm. Bottom spherical, with central discharge outlet with diameter 100 mm, equipped with manually operated valve. Bowl has walls layered with stainless steel jacket designed for work on pressure up to 6.68 bar at 168 C. Test pressure up to 10.55 bar. Tank is designed for work on atmospheric pressure at 168C. Mixer has frame agitator with wall scrappers and paddle type agitator working in counter-rotating way. Agitators are driven by el motor 2.2 kW, 1400 rpm, 380-415 V, 50 hz, through set of gearboxes: variable speed, planetary and angle gearbox. Agitators are rised manually by hydraulical device. Top of the mixer is covered with stainless steel lids. Machine is mounted on 3 stainless steel legs. Machine has local start/stop control panel.
