Used 4000 t/day cane sugar mill with 120 cub. meters per day distillery equipment, including main equipment: - Cane reception with Toledo platform scale , (1979), - Cane preparation with 66 stone knives ( total 476 mm length, 176mm width), 650 RPM electric drive, 146 tons cane per hour Dedini shredder, type COP5 (1800 mm diameter, 54" width), 650 RPM electric drive, magnetic separators (1984) - Cane milling equipment, including Dedini 4 mills tandem with(4) 30"x 54" rolls each mill, operating turbines at 21 ATI to 1.5 ATI steam, 5000 RPM. - 120,000 cu.m per day Alcohol distillery, consisting of melassa fermentation tanks, (4) columns with condensers, (2) Westfalia centrifuges, water treatment station; - Power plant, consisting of (2) Dedini boilers (60 t and 40 t per hour), 21 ATI pressure. -
