Pan measures approximately 1,220mm diameter x 610mm straight side. Unit has clamped dished top and welded flat bottom heads. Internal rated 0.6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 150 deg.c. External stainless steel jacket with 2.32 sqmt heating area rated 7 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 150 deg.c. Unit has bottom entry stainles steel S curve agitator with 15kw, 415volt, 3/50, 1455rpm motor through Flender gearbox rated 1450rom in and 6.61rpm out. Unit has side discharge with Kek model M303C stainless steel Kibbler. Unit has stainless steel screen. Driven by 3kw, 400volt, 3/50, 1415rpm motor through Flender gearbox rated 23.16/1 reduction ration. Unit is mounted on stainless steel frame.
